About Me

My name is Sara Meisels. 

I grew up in Cleveland Heights, OH, and come from a family of educators who help each of their students in the unique way that they need. This was my springboard to open Floortime With Sara LLC.

I have been working with children with different abilities for over 10 years. I have worked with children across many settings including; school, camp, therapy centers, and in my clients' homes. 

​

I have my Bachelor's degree from Excelsior University as well as a certification from ICDL. I have taken many courses on different communication methods, primarily Spelling to Communicate (S2C) to ensure that my clients can tell the world what is on their minds.

I have also taken multiple courses in toilet training children with special needs and I have successfully trained children who are non-verbal and/or non-ambulatory. I have also taken training multiple trainings in AAC. I am also a practitioner with I-ASC (International Association for Spelling as Communication).
